Description
A brand consultant, skilled in graphic design and customer service. Someone who has some experience, and is looking to expand their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, production-minded company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service. Brand Consultants are responsible for answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in customers. Throughout the design process, this position requires the candidate to keep in constant contact with customers through e-mail, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Graphic design projects of various sizes and types including customer branding packages and stationary; 2D and 3D signage; T-shirts and apparel for screen and DTF printing and embroidery; vehicle lettering and wraps; promotional products.
- Interact with management and other employees to develop strategies and concepts and deliver professionally completed projects promptly.
- Creating to-scale wall elevations using provided photos and measurements.
- Customization of stock artwork and creation of new artwork as required.
- Understands physical 3D materials and substrates used in sign projects as well as print production process. Can design for production in various materials, sizes, and applications. (This is a plus, but can be taught to the right candidate)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Adobe Creative Suite (2 Years)
- Affinity Creative Suite (Not Required, but a plus)
- Graphic Design Experience (2 Years)
- Willing to Learn New Programs
- Past experience in the sign-making field is highly sought after - but not required
